Automatic water cup filling sealing machine
Introduction:
This machine is a full automatic packaging production line. This machine adopts stainless steel fuselage, accords with hygienic requirements and cleanliness. And it is specialized for producing coffee capsule to be filled and sealed. It can be applied to nespresso, k cup from automatic lift cups, quantitative filling, heat sealing system, and a series of processes can be automatically completed. We possess more than ten years experience of production in this line. The advanced technology and equipment in the industry adopt the famous brand control system and pneumatic components in Japan, Taiwan and China, which has the characteristics of low failure rate, stable operation and long service life.
Working process:
1. The user need to a wad of cups on the cup loading station
2. Then the panel run, it load cup and rotate to the filling station;
3. Then the filling will work, to fill coffee powder into the cup first
4. The machine will drop the pre-cut lid on the top of cup
5. Then the cup will be sealed
6. The finished cups will be delivery out.
